Only original papers (not published or not simultaneously submitted to another journal) will be considered for publication. All papers submitted for publication are subject to review, and may be admitted, rejected, or sent to the author for revision.

Initial submission. Three hard copies of the manuscript, in English, should be submitted to the Managing Editor, Professor Haydar Bulgak, Research Center of Applied Mathematics, Selcuk University, Campus, Konya, Turkey; e-mail: hbulgak@selcuk.edu.tr. The manuscript should be accompanied, if possible, a machine-readable version in LaTeX.

Submission of accepted papers. All accepted papers should be submitted to the Managing Editor, at the above address, in final form. Machine-readable submissions are preferred in LaTeX. Authors are urged to use these style files.

Points of style. The first page of the manuscript should include the title of the article, author's name, current postal and e-mail addresses, and suggested running head (condensed version of the title) which should not exceed 60 characters. The body of the manuscript should be preceded by an untitled abstract (maximum length 200 words) which should be a summary of the entire paper, not of the conclusions alone. The abstract should be followed by a list of not more than six key words, two to six classification codes from the American Mathematical Society classification system. References should be numbered and listed at the end of the manuscript. A journal reference should comprise name(s), initial(s), the article title, name of the journal, volume number, year, and the first and last pages. A book reference should comprise name(s), initial(s), title, publisher's name, city, and year of publication.
