Data logging

The SIAM UQ 2020 file platform web server is operated by the Computer Operations Group (RBG) of the Faculties of Mathematics and Computer Science, Boltzmannstr. 3, 85748 Garching near Munich.

Each time someone accesses our site, the web server temporarily stores the following information in log files: Data in this log file is processed as follows: The IP addresses contained in the log entries are not collated with other data held either by the Computer Operations Group or by the Department of Computer Science, so there is no possibility of the data being traced to an individual person.
