This directory holds the sources of all the different ASCoDT plugins that we provide. The plugins are organised as a tree themselves, i.e. there is an ASCoDT kernel plugin that holds all the fundamental stuff such as the workbench's GUI, the runtime system, and the SIDL compiler. And then there are different extensions. The clue is that the kernel comes along without any dependencies, while the individual extension plugins then add features that might not be available on all systems (such as a Paraview server support).
