Curriculum Vitæ

Research

My area of research focuses on GPUs, how to exploit their computational power for different applications, and how modern hybrid supercomputers have to be programmed to tackle and solve largest problems:

  • Pipelined approaches for Linear Algebra problems
  • Multiple levels of parallelism approaches to solve Random Ordinary Differential Equations (RODEs)
  • Sophisticated communication schemes and performance models for heterogeneous (CPU + GPU) compute clusters
