Adrian Alfredo Hernández Méndez: Simulating the interactions between T Cells and DCs in an heterogeneous field of cytokines

The cytokines play an important role in T cell activation. Indeed, it has been used for the creation of cancer therapies. This research project aims to study the role of gradient of cytokines in the interactions between Dendritic Cells (DCs) and T cells. Cellular Potts Model was used to model the interactions between cells and the diffusion equation governing the dynamics of cytokines.
